Over here, in Croatia, we also call this musical instrument harmonika, with a K, always.

Over here in Europe we call it harmonica in all 4 languages that I can speak: in Italian, Slovenian, Croatian and German. I also speak English, but in English harmonica is something that you play with your mouth, not with your hands. I think we should first choose how to call this beautiful instrument on this site. So, tell me what do you think.
