How to cope with a full on phobia?
I have a really severe phobia of medical procedures. When I say I have a phobia, I don't just mean that I cry a bit. I've looked up phobias on গুগুল and I have a lot of symptoms of severe phobias. These include nausea, dizziness, fainting and unreasonable anxiety... as well as crying my eyes out. The last time I had a blood test last summer, it turned out pretty badly, for I showed all of the above symptoms. That's the worst medical procedure I've ever had, so it's not like I had a horrible experience at a doctors office অথবা anything. I have to get another blood test in a few weeks to test for potential kidney failure in the future (because the stupid pharmacy people gave me the wrong medicine for the past eight months T_T). What can I do to help not be so horrifically afraid?
(PS: I would just go to a doctor to get it fixed, but that kind of doesn't work because I'm too scared to go to the doctor to have the doctor do a procedure just to প্রদর্শনী these awful symptoms and get treated, which I have a feeling won't help me much in this particular case O_O)
