guys help me,.im suffocating,please,.

guys i've been for almost 1yr and half with my bf,we have only been together 4 only 1 month,.c0z i went to italy,& until now im here in italy ang already studying here.we've got a long distance relationship,smtimes im feeling out of প্রণয় with him,.i want to break him up but i havent got the courage to tell him,.help,.wat am i going to do,.?
