Trigun?

My brother keeps telling me to watch Trigun, but I don't know much about it and when I ask him what it's about he just tells me to watch and I'll find out. So I was wondering if anyone here has watched it and whether অথবা not they liked it?

Also Durarara. Opinions on that too please?
