So, I've really wanted to watch it, but I want some opinions first on it. Is it all action? Any comedy?

Well, I'd say the main two categories it fits in are action and comedy. The characters are all pretty awesome (I প্রণয় Rin! =w=). It's pretty darn hilarious, and but the action is only decent, in my opinion. আপনি should probably read the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা also/instead, it's better.
