Hmm..I'm thinking Shigeru Okido from Pokemon has changed over the course of the anime,how?..well in the beginning he was rather rude and didn't treat Satoshi-kun very nicely at all,which eventually made Satoshi stronger for the problems he encountered in his journey around the world of Pokemon,but at the end he and Satoshi-kun became বন্ধু and settled their differences!(to be honest I liked him both ways anyway)..but it really was nice to see him and Shigeru becoming friends..and especially in his Appearence in the Sinnoh!,there was a difference from that first episode with him to the last one he was in!
I know I talk about her a lot but, in the first জীবন্ত she goes from evil to sort of good (and then died.) She also sort of started to develop emotions rather then staying completely emotionless.

Because she is my favirote character and every single favirote character I have dies! Be it জীবন্ত অথবা a প্রদর্শনী with real people, be them good অথবা bad they always parish! Honestly I don't know probably to add drama and emotion. None the less she should've lived espically since she was trying to redeem herself.
I think Seshomaru from InuYasha changed alot. At first he started off hating humans and killing any one অথবা even people who didnt't get in his way. Then he devolped emotion because of Rin and Kagura.
I think piccolo from dragon ball has changed slot. In the beginning he only wanted to kill গোকু and then when he was training Gohan he started to প্রণয় him as a son and sacrificed himself for Gohan and on DB gt he sacrificed himself again
