How to rate...?!

আপনি dont really rate it:
1. can only be done with Pictures, Videos, and I think maybe লিঙ্ক and articles.

2.The "rate" is actually just clicking the "fan of it? " button on the side অথবা button of video, picture, etc.

Rating on ফ্যানপপ doesn't exist anymore. If আপনি like something, আপনি can click the green "fan of it?" button and it turns grey and says "i'm a fan". And if আপনি "fan" enough things, আপনি can also earn caps.
