what is this জীবন্ত called?

Hi!

There is this one জীবন্ত I really want to watch. I believe it was a movie but I was a kid and I don't remember all the details. I believe I watched the movie in the 1990s? around the same time as Ghost in the shell I think.

I remember a scene where the floor was either made of glass/ice. Under the glass/ice floor was full of people lying down sleeping. Two characters were walking, one was a kid and another was a lady (I think she was wearing some cloak) towards some building. Something happens blah blah and the hooded lady removed her ঘোমটা to প্রদর্শনী her faceless head (she looked like some blue ice lady) and I think she hugged the kid? but the kid ran away.

Another scene is I think near the end, some bad guy is doing something (with some machinery) but another character tries to intervenes and dies. I don't exactly remember what happened but eventually the bad guy and some chick (that also appeared earlier in the anime) died with the bad guy whom played oriental সঙ্গীত (sounded like vietnamese music).

Those two scenes have been running through my mind :x I'm hoping someone knows what জীবন্ত I'm talking about .
