I already পোষ্ট হয়েছে Victorica from Gosick, so I'd be bored to post her again. Not sure if Squid Girl counts as a Lolita, but I think there's plenty of people who'd call her a loli just because of her age and prominence in a gag anime. She's the most amusing kid girl character ever.
