In which episode of Detective Conan does that one character Ai Haibara come into the series?

I noticed that she also consumed the same poison as Shinichi Kudo and has turned into a child as well. She also looks like one of those smarty pants, know it all, thinks she's special type character. Is she really? That's the sort of personality I'm making out of her so far :/
