Watanuki and Doumeki though much আরো so for Watanuki primarily out of jealousy towards Doumeki over the affections of Himawari. But both Watanuki and Doumeki have help each other out from time to time in XXXHolic

i guess Uryu Minene and Yuno Gasai fit into this category

Kaoru Kaidoh and Takeshi Momoshiro from Prince of Tennis...Since they are rivals,they always fought/compete with each other whenever they paired up as a doubles team,but they always get over it দ্বারা working together...

Even though Sebastian and Claude (Black Butler) don't like each other they team up to rescue Ciel.

Mugen and Jin from Samurai Champloo really can't stand each other but they are kind of forced to team up together the whole জীবন্ত to go on a journey with Fuu to find the "Samurai who smells of Sunflowers."

Leorio and Tonpa from Hunter x hunter had to team up during the hunter exam, though they hated each other as Tonpa was the won who turned to come up after leorio, kurapika, gon and killua as they were a group of four and had to be one of five for that particular phase of the exam...
The whole time, they kept making one another realize that they hated each other..
