I wanna know in Shounen animes.

I wanna know if there is an জীবন্ত villain অথবা bad-guy out there in the জীবন্ত universe that is able to beat nakama power. Seriously I'm just getting irritated about those power-ups. Some baddies are just too powerful to beat and the protagonist wins because of this. It's like আপনি can pass a written exam just দ্বারা believing in your বন্ধু and having the will to protect them অথবা something.

The only thing I can think of are the titans in Shingeki no Kyojin and I liked those titans because of that reason.
