Tokyo ghoul: has the One-eyed owl a son অথবা a daughter?!!

In জীবন্ত Tokyo Ghoul, the One-eyed owl (Yoshimura, manager) told Kaneki that he has one SON. But in the end of the জীবন্ত it's like he has a DAUGHTER (Eto Yoshimura) who is a one eyed ghoul and works as a writer (Sen Takatsuki). So my প্রশ্ন is: does he have two children and if so then who is his son?
