i am kinda new to one piece so does the চলচ্চিত্র অথবা the ova affect the story do i have to watch them to understand the story ??or are these just extra just for fun do not affect the story ??

and if i have to watch them to understand the story which order should i watch them in ??

Usually চলচ্চিত্র and OVAs aren't canon, so I wouldn't worry about it.
