A crossover between Trigun and Grenadier would be awesome.

There's only one rule to this: You have to pick a character based on their abilities. You cannot pick someone based on personal preferences. You also can't pick a character over another simply because you know that character (let's say that the two choices are Sven Holgersson from Voltron and Norway from Hetalia. You aren't allowed to pick Norway simply because you have no idea who Sven is).

Since people are apparently too stupid and/or lazy to look up a character's name on Google, I'll leave links to Wiki articles (not the best source, I know) where you can read up on a character. Anyways...

That wiki article for her doesn't give me any reason to believe she could hurt Manga Vash(which I''m using until anime-only is stated) since he can casually deflect bullets and via his 'Black Hole'(basically gravity wells that destroy anything they touch) bullets he could take her out nigh-instantly.

Put it simply Vash flies into the air with his wings:

And shoots Black Hole Bullets that expend to destroy anything inside a 1 km radius to win.
