I do agree "Yawn", I get better entertainment by reading the stories that is written here. After last weeks episode I don't know what to think, I will watch tomorrow and see if there is any improvement.
Are you kidding me? This is "His Father's Son" 2.0. Instead of one royal Morgana is using THREE to get her revenge on Camelot. Mithian being forced - it's a good chance, but I bet there would be some resentment on her part towards Arthur. If he didn't dump her for Gwen the blacksmith's daughter and went through with the political marriage Odin wouldn't have been able to take over Nemeth. Arthur would probably help out for that reason. Gwen wouldn't like her husband helping out his "ex", but she would understand what's at odds and the impact it would have on Camelot. (See episodes 5x01 & 5x02 to show that Gwen understands what it takes to be a queen.) As for Mithian, once she takes a look at Gwen, and Gwen and Arthur together, she would realize she was a consolation prize, despite how good she looks on paper.
I agree with everyone! I just want Mithian and Gwen to meet really. And while they are recycling the same old plot, it is possible the episode might surprise me.
When you think about it, it should be no surprise that Morgana would force Mithian to cooperate. I don't doubt Morgana harbors some resentment towards Mithian. They are both daughters of kings, but because Morgana was born on the wrong side of the royal blanket she cannot lawfully be called princess and heiress to a kingdom. In Morgana's mind, Gwen and Mithian both had royal appeallation handed to them, although one was by marriage and the other was by blood. She's become so "devoured by hate" she's lashing out on everything and everyone.
