Zinzie, definitely. I'm pretty indifferent to Shiver, too.

To be honest, I don't seem to go for the pet sidekicks that often. The only real exceptions are Bibble, Penelope and the animals from Island Princess.

Sequin, Zuma, the Flairies (if they count), Jaques, Zinzie, Dizzle.

Agree with Miss Starr about Poofles, he's stupid.
As for anothers, well...they're good in some things. Even Zuma (how would Mer come to Oceana?). Even Sequin (well, she's glam doggo, like her mistress). Even Zinzie (she's funneh!).

I like Shiver, Prince, Zuma, Bible because they're all cute!
