What type of শার্ট would go with a pencil skirt?

Im going sorta on a date... Its tuesday of পরবর্তি week. & i want to wear something nice. But im not sure what type of শীর্ষ to wear with a pencil skirt. (goes to mid thigh, a bit higher) i have a black and white pencil skirt. So what শীর্ষ would go with either black অথবা white?
