 The Book, I loved it.
The Book, I loved it.
Starcrossed.

Helen Hamilton has always tried to hide how different she is—no easy feat on an island as small as Nantucket, and only getting harder as she finds herself haunted দ্বারা hallucinations and vivid nightmares.

It's not until she crosses paths with Lucas Delos at school that Helen's true heritage is finally revealed. Yet even as Lucas helps her awaken to her startling powers, they can never be together—not unless they can break free from the tragic destiny the Three Fates have in store.

What I Think ---Its A bit like Twilight and a bit like Percy Jackson series ,but no Vampires.Contains something for everyone. Action, mystery, romance and an intriguing and gripping plot are all combined to make this one of the hits of the year.

A Different Review
"To be honest, words cannot describe this debut novel দ্বারা Josephine Angelini—it's addictive, filled with wonderful characters, weaved and twisted with Percy-Jackson-like myths, and in the end...it became one hell of a page turner! I've never been so addicted to a book since Vampire Academy and while that still remains my favourite YA series, this beautiful start to a trilogy is closely following behind!"

Daniel Goleman, 2006, 334 pages

Goleman in his groundbreaking book reveals that neural linkages between humans influence the brain and the body. Statement of Intent: If আপনি read to the end, you'll notice that I do not advocate against পাঠ করা Twilight, just putting it into context for young readers. This was originally written for a ফেসবুক audience of বন্ধু until I decided to post it here as well. It was not intended to offend Twilight অনুরাগী অথবা readers, but to simply give a little perspective on why I believe Edward Cullen is a poor character to respect/admire. Should there be enough জনপ্রিয় demand, I'm willing to write a similar প্রবন্ধ about Bella Swan.

 Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'
Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'
Vampires – just because some of them sparkle doesn’t mean there’re all bad.

The Classical Vampire
The first vampire to appear in fictional literature was created দ্বারা the British লেখক John William Polidori in his book ‘The Vampyre’. After this came the rather long short story ‘Carmilla’ দ্বারা Sheridan Le Fanu. But it was a work inspired দ্বারা these two stories that remains the greatest vampire story to this দিন – Bram Stoker’s ’Dracula’. ’Dracula’, which was published in 1897, started a Vampire craze the hasn’t ceased yet. It is in this novel that we find the original,...
