I totally believe Bitchtoria is behind it. I think she is trying to force Brooke to give up C/B.
I think the writers want us to believe that the young shoplifting girl is behind it, but I think it's actually Bitchtoria.
Millie was suppose to be locking up. Bitchtoria told Millie that she was going to pay for calling her an "evil bitch," I think that it was dark and the attacker was meant to beat up Millie but Millie left and Brooke locked up and Brooke got beat up.

Except I think she didn't want the guy to attack brooke, it was a mistake and he was meant to attack MILLICENT.
But, that still doesn't give her an excuse for trying to steal designs made by her own daughter to steal her daughter's company from her, after she worked so hard to create it.

I don't understand how could someone possibly hate Victoria, I mean she was by far one of the greatest characters in the show. Ok, she was a bitch but that was all part of her charm. Besides, Brooke had her bitchy moments too, I mean, everybody is like "Oh I hate Peyton because she and Lucas betrayed Brooke" but nobody talks about how Brooke SLEPT with Nathan about two seconds after he and Peyton broke up
