Ok so heres the deal if you dont come on in a long time the chances are i will delete you from the list so people dont get cofused.

heres what i wrote first:
-you guys say that brooke threw herself at lucas in season one even though she knew that leyton had a thing going on…sure she did that; brooke’s stubborn, and goes after what she wants until she gets it; but in the words of brooke ‘lucas was fair game!’…brooke told peyton that if she had any feelings for lucas then she would back off, and peyton said no, so brooke took that as the go ahead to!! You guys make it sound like such a bad thing that brooke threw herself at lucas at one point in time…but in season 5 didn’t peyton throw HERSELF at lucas while he was with Lindsay, or while he was with brooke in s1 and s3?? The only differences between the two is that lucas was single the time brooke went after him, and that lucas was with people the times that peyton went after him…I mean does lucas have to be with someone to make it ok in your guys’ eyes??

heres what she said:
^ ok first of all, Peyton "throwing herself" at Lucas were TOTALLY different situations from when Brooke threw herself at him in season 1. When Peyton did it, there were real feelings there. she knew that Lucas truly wanted to be with her. He was hiding with Brooke, just like he was hiding with Lindsey. Peyton persuing him was all about TRUE, real feelings coming to light... and Peyton fighting for what she knew was meant to be, to both her and Lucas. Brooke on the other hand, was just trying to sleep with Lucas when she threw herself at him in season 1. She tried to lie, and manipulate her way between 2 people that she knew truly wanted to be together. And all for the sake of what? Sex? Yeah.... Peyton never did that. It's not about whether or not Lucas was officially fair game or single at the time. It's about what Brooke and peytons intentions were, and how Lucas was FEELING at the time. He truly wanted to be with Peyton when she persued him... she was just trying to get him to stop hiding. But Lucas wanted nothing to do with Brooke in season 1, and she knew that. He truly had feelings for Peyton, and she knew that. But she was still determined to pry her way between them, purely for shallow reasons, like Lucas being hot and wanting to sleep with him lol. Brookes intentions were shallow, and emotionless. But peytons intentions were the opposite. She really WANTED something with someone that she knew wanted her back. So yes, BIG difference between the two
