Whats up with the new BTVS Spot banner & প্রতীকী ?:)

I was just wondering about that, can someone tell me ? I know like maybe 2 months পূর্বে we had a অনুরাগী pick প্রশ্ন with new banners for this place, is it going to be changed ? I remember the one which won was amazing! i think we need to refresh this place ;)
