Just to be clear I didn't include The Harvest, Out of Sight- Out of Mind and Prophecy Girl because their mainly sad episodes and I didn't think those would be peoples favorite episodes.

^Prophecy Girl is actually one of my favourites from season 1. Another is Angel, which you also omitted. I thought you were deliberately omitting some of the more popular ones or ones which'd won similar polls before!
