Does anyone know the NAME of the short film which features Chaplin standing on grating, অথবা an air vent on the corner of a city street. I think he had a piece of paper stuck to his cane অথবা his cane was stuck in the grating. I recall it being hilarious

That was a scene that Chaplin shot for the opening of "City Lights." However, he eventually scrapped it, and went with a different opening. The scene is contained in a documentary about him called "The Unknown Chaplin." It's also part of the extras's on the Warner Bros/MK2 DVD release of "City Lights" about 3 অথবা 4 years ago.
