Didn't Bella rape Edward ? Instead of him raping here ? ( আরো reasons in the description)

Okay the reason asked was because here the rules are ( not sure about America):
If an adult ( 18 অথবা over) decides to have intercourse with someone not an adult yet.
Its called sexual assualt ! It doesn't matter if your married having a sexual relationship is also rape.
So likely Edward is 17 and Bella is 18 and well they had sex so ...
Any ideas ?

If the person is the age of consent অথবা over, it's not. So, in that logic, Bella didn't rape Edward.

Also, Edwards been "17" for over a hundred years, so I'm pretty sure he's নিরাপদ from Bella's advances either way.

But humans would ask প্রশ্ন if he always stayed the same age, so the cullens say he turns 18 অথবা whatever even if his body is ফ্রোজেন as a 17 year-old

yes well, nobody but Bella, the cullens and whatever his name is know its fraud, so to authoroties it counts and thye see Edward's aged even if he hasn't
