Asvini Lol Myf, no thesaurus and certainly no mustache. I just like the idea that Charlie finds Bella so boing he'd rather space out and think about mustaches, and mustache synonyms than listen to her any more. By the way, I somehow hadn't even noticed the creepy guy behind the waitress till you mentioned it, now it's the first thing I notice whenever I see the picture :D

Myf_1992 Charlie does seem to have a pretty funkified mustache. That creepy guy was the first thing I noticed. I think that says more about me that the picture though.

So a while back I wrote link প্রবন্ধ explaining why I had decided to leave Twilight behind me. A lot of the মতামত swayed me, but I stuck to my decision. But then, I got ill. Again. Which meant a lot of time at home, being bored out of my head. Bearing in mind I hadn't read Twilight in months, it wasn't the first book on my mind to say the least.

But I decided to re-read it and see if my opinion on it had changed. For those who don't know, which will be the majority who read this, since March last বছর I've suffered from a viral infection, like glandular fever/mono and it's come back with...

People making claims about Twilight is really beginning to grate on my nerves D; Not statments of opinion; the kind of claims I'm talking about don't begin with "I think". They are claims, stated as fact.

An example of a statement of opinion might be "I think Twilight is awful". An example of a claim might be "Twilight is awful". Or, conversely "I think Twilight is perfect/Twilight is perfect".

The problem with these kinds of claims is that they are completely subjective. আপনি can't make an objective claim like "Twilight is awful/perfect" based on opinion, it doesn't make sense :(

So the amendment I propose is simple: begin statements of opinion with "I think", অথবা whatever variation on this is appropriate (if any). Is that fair enough? :) I know many of আপনি already do this, but just as a reminder to the few who don't.
