Is he crushing? অথবা am I stuck in the friend-zone?

My best mate and I have been বন্ধু for about a বছর now. We were বন্ধু ages পূর্বে but then I moved. But now I moved back and we've been friends. We dated but it was awkward and we were on and off for a couple of weeks. After a while, we didn't walk much. But then he called me in the middle of the night in the summer. We talked everyday since that night. Everyday. He would become upset if I didn't call him অথবা Skype with him. He rarely let me hang up to sleep unless he was tired too. I've tried to convince myself and everyone else that I'm over him but I'm not. And I feel he gives me mixed signals. He has a girlfriend now but he hugs me, sits on my lap, talks to me আরো than her, tells me he loves me. But when everyone told us we should তারিখ again (before he got a girlfriend) he would be the first to say no, we're just friends.

I need advice. Am I in the friend-zone forever অথবা do আপনি think he's secretly crushing on me? Also, do আপনি think I should tell him how I feel? Please help<3.
