I used to give into the hype and I still like her but I've recently realized that she's not that strong অথবা effective of a villain. I've never seen the Angelina Jolie live action movie and quite honestly I don't think I ever will. This is all based on the original Sleeping Beauty.

Now, Maleficent definitely has the classic villain personality (sinister, petty, arrogant) and aesthetic. (she can turn into a dragon, and green আগুন is cool) She's one of the most quotable and meme-able villains in all of Disney. In fact, I think she's the one who really perfected the look and feel of a "Disney Villain"...

I'm actually looking অগ্রবর্তী to watching this a little আরো than I did when I had to watch Maleficent. This remake may not live up to the standards of the original but personally it's always been enjoyable to watch.

ট্যাঙ্গেল্ড is my পছন্দ ডিজনি movie for many reasons besides the wonderful storyline and beautiful imagery. I really relate to Rapunzel in so many ways. I try to be optimistic and see the beauty in the small things in life. I try to stay hopeful and occupy my time with many hobbies. I have so many interests and প্রণয় learning about them and learning about the world and other cultures. We also share physical features, brown hair and green eyes, and prefer walking outside barefoot. I also have some German heritage, so I relate to her that way as well.

My mother also acts a lot like Mother Gothel....

While it hasn't been confirmed, various clues have pointed to Moana eventually joining the ডিজনি Princess lineup. This process only involved 20+ users, which I think is a good thing, we'll save the BIG survey for after Moana's official coronation. That's why I didn't ask for মতামত অথবা use fancy pics. Since the pool of users is so small, I wouldn't say these results are absolute and concrete. This is just a small প্রিভিউ of where Moana as well as the other princesses stand.

Everyone has their personal ranking of their পছন্দ ডিজনি Princessess n thoughts of who should b included. In my eyes, this is the ranking of the maidens from the house of mouse:

15. Aurora, indeed the sleeping beauty is beautiful, elegant, n has a heavenly opera voice, unfortunately she has little agency in her own story n personality.

14. Anna, a spunky n cute go getter but most of the other princesses that have come before her have these traits checked off too.

Now with all the issues, people have with Disney, one of the films that have legitimate grievances is Pocahontas. And as আপনি can imagine, because there ARE legit grievances to be had with Pocahontas, sites like Tumblr have an absolute field দিন with it. Personally, the আরো research I did on the situation around this film, the আরো I was actually fascinated দ্বারা it.

I know it's easy to write this movie off but how it came to be is a lot আরো nuanced than আপনি think. It actually was gonna be a story closer to what happened in history but then Jefferey Katzenberg's overwhelming desire to get another...

Though not nearly as much as Merida and other revival princesses,Tiana is occasionally bashed for contributing to Disney's current trend of "meta", "woke" commentary with her whole "hard work, আপনি can't just wish" shtick. While this does irritate me, I try to separate film makers' intentions from the actual context of the movie and the character.

In the first act of the film, she's portrayed as diligent and determined but she's not as in your face about it. For the most part, her thing is "partying and dancing just isn't my for me". She's not insistent, condescending অথবা critical of others for...

As asteriamalfoy recently reported on the club wall, it appears that Moana will soon become the newest member of the ডিজনি Princess lineup. The club's reception to the news is a mixed bag, which is the latest example of how the general ফ্যানপপ opinion (namely, this club's opinion) doesn't always match that of the internet. It's interesting why that is, and I will attempt to find the reason here.
