He's such a huge flirt. Eugene pretended to be a flirt, but he lacked the confidence Naveen has, and remember it was his goal to live alone until he met Punz. Aladdin's also kind of a flirt too, as we see him flirting with the harem girls, but he's also less confident than some of the princes.

John Smith flirted with Pocahontas almost right after he pointed a loaded gun at her and nearly shot her. I never thought Flynn was a big flirt, he indeed attempted to use his charm on Rapunzel at first when she tied him to a chair and took his satchel but it seemed like his general way of getting out of trouble and he had a goal to get a satchel back, not to make Rapunzel fall for him. Naveen is quite a flirt but he mostly does it when he is bored and wants to stroke his ego with the number of girls he manages to make drool over him, not because he is genuinly interested in any of those girls.
