I agree!! The movie title might be brave but I don't think that defines Merida very well. I thought she was kind of just a whiner. Though every princess was brave in a way.

dimitri_is_hot I agree about Merida, she is whiny. I also think she's really bratty. Anyway no princess can compare. In fact no animated heroine can compare to her, not even the bada** Kim Possible.

I don't hate Merida, on the contrary I love her. First of all Ariel isn't whiny or bratty. Secondly Ariel has her redemption and enjoyable qualities. Merida doesn't in my opinion.
