I think a few things come into question. The time I was released has a big part of it. I also think that any film that is not the "Fearsome Foursome" of the Renaissance, the Golden Era, and the "Fantastic Five" of the Silver Era" is always looked over, with the somewhat exception of Lilo and Stitch, PatF, and Tangled.
Popularity has a lot to do with it as well. Rapunzel, Belle, Ariel, and Mulan gets looked over a lot, while most of the others can never catch a break
^ I don't think Mulan is that popular outside the website amongst the main audience. I ALWAYS see Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Belle & Rapunzel on merchandise maybe Tiana (but I think that is just to add diversity) I rarely see any of the others unless your in the actual Disney Store (Which they got rid of in January!) where I live.
