Yes, another poll about an adventurous princess. I know. What can I say? I'm a sucker for an adventurous heroine.
I think she is, she's just trapped. I think if given the opportunity she would be very adventurous. Bit like Rapunzel.

If she was adventurous she would have gotten out of her town, Rapunzel and Belle are two totally different situations. Rapunzel was literally brainwashed, Belle could have left whenever...

I wasn't trying to say Rapunzel could have left when she wanted to, I was just comparing them because they were both in situations where they were trapped.

But I was saying I don't see how Belle was trapped. Punz actually had a reason, while I feel like Belle just stayed and waited for an opportunity, instead of searching for one.

I don't think any princess was more trapped then Rapunzel. But Belle was staying to help her father, who probably wouldn't manage well without her. I think she really wanted more then anything to leave and go on adventures, but was worried about her Father. She was trapped. I also think that if she never met the Beast, she would have left eventually, she wanted to so badly. But that's just how I feel, I know other people think differently.

not at all. she's an indoors kinda person. she just says she wants an adventure and never goes after it. i think if she ever went after one she would find that it isnt all as glamorous as she thinks it is.
