Definitely Aurora!

Aurora also reminds me of Persephone.

Ariel because she did everything for his love; Aurora is the most romantic choice by his music and personality, but it is not the most realistic choice. Aphrodite is not only romantic, but rebel with a strong personality, like Ariel.
Aurora is very passive ... All she does is cry for her prince, I doubt she would stronger to save him.

I recently saw a Vid on YT with Ariel as a goddess, its from NAMELESSDOLL, she is very talented in editing...i think it fits Ariel really good

I don't really know why I picture Aphrodite as being like Jasmine, but I do. Probably because she's passionate and she has a very strong, exaggerated type of beauty.

I think Aurora works best as Persephone, goddess of spring; very young, sweet, innocent, naive, and friends with all living creatures. Aphrodite was very boy-crazy and emerged from sea-foam, and so does Ariel.

Also, this has been bothering me ever since I saw this poll: You guys know that when they say Aphrodite was the goddess of "love," they don't mean romantic love, right?

She was also very bold, passionate, and went for what she wanted with gusto. I think Aurora is too innocent, shy, and demure to be the thrill-seeking go-getter that Aphrodite was, while Ariel lets her passion for a boy consume her, and stops at nothing to get him.

Aurora has strictly nothing in common with Aphrodite. Jasmine, on the other hands, uses her sexuality to get her way and is headstrong and independent. She's also not keen on the idea of an arranged marriage, which relates to the Aphrodite/Hephaestus myth somewhat.

and on love- yes. if anything Aph was more about LUST while her son Eros was all about romantic love.

I think Ariel but now I kind of agree on Jasmine.

Her name means "beauty" and her love made the Beast human again!
I can agree on Jasmine and Ariel.
