Probably. That term is thrown at these two a lot though.

that's not saying much, though. Hardly anyone criticizes the popular girls as being too perfect (which ironically is exactly what the fans make them into!) but when they do, it's Belle more, probably because Belle's idealization is more obvious (it's about how the Classic girls have it) but the Tangled filmmakers tried to make Rapunzel's less obvious by giving her the "flaws" of clumsiness and temporary insecurity (it doesn't work though).
