KataraLover picked Drizella:
BY FAR! Ugly vs unconventionally beautiful (in the sequels, more so in the second movie). Anastasia is ugly in the original, though still prettier than Drizella, but that's because the animation was making her look that way. They had her make ridiculous expressions to make her look unattractive and so forth. In the sequels she's just portrayed as plain looking because they were trying to make her more sympathetic and didn't make her animated weirdly (even though the second movie's animation isn't as good as the original). Plus they gave her a make-over in the second movie and she does look beautiful in an unconventional way. She's wearing a pretty dress, her hair is in a more flattering hair style, and she looks more natural looking. In the third movie the animation is just gorgeous and they make her look more flattering looking, even though she's not technically pretty. They actually give her a beautiful and charming smile instead of that disgusting smile she had in the original, especially when the Grand Duke come to their house. Drizella on the other hand is ugly in all of the movies.

I agree with KataraLover. Anastasia is no runway model but she's a lot better looking than Drizella.

I like the way Drizella's colored, as weird as it sounds.
Both are odd looking, in my opinion.

Drizella is way prettier in my opinion. I think they were unfair in sequels and they literally just made Anastasia look something she wasn't in original movie, also they didn't really do anything with Drizella, just ignored her in a way. In Cinderella 3 Drizella was like her mother's sidekick or something like that.

KataraLover picked Drizella:
@fiina That's because in the original Cinderella (or one of the old Cinderella tales because there's been so many that people aren't sure where it originated from) one of the step-sisters was more sympathetic towards Cinderella. Her real name was Ella and the other step-sister and the step-mother called her Cindergirl or something because she was covered in dust. But the more sympathetic step-sister called her Cinderella. That's why only Anastasia is redeemed and not Drizella. Plus, this isn't the only adaptation to do that. Ever After had one of the step-sisters become one of Cinderella's friend while the other stayed evil. Plus it makes sense in the third movie that she became good because her and Drizella were forced to do the housework while their mother just sat on her ass doing nothing but giving orders. The difference is that even in the original Cinderella, Drizella was a lot more mean-spirited. So of course she's just going to be bitter while Anastasia become softer but also jealous because Cinderella has love.

I don't see how Drizella is prettier than Anastasia. I always thought Drizella looked like a boy.

@KataraLover thank you for explaining that, I have never heard of those versions where other stepsister was kinder than the other. Now I think I understand sequels idea a little better, in the first movie I always saw Drizella and Anastasia both equally mean and I couldn't understand how in sequels they were suddenly so different from each other without any reason.
I don't see how housework would turn Anastasia good though, and like I said they both seemed as mean to me in first movie. For that I don't think I'll ever understand why Anastasia was chosen to be the good stepsister in sequels.

Well I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I don't see how Anastasia is prettier than Drizella. I like Drizella's colors more, green dress and dark hair, and I think she has prettier face shape and nose.

KataraLover picked Drizella:
@fiina The housework changed Anastasia because all her life she had been waited on hand and foot and never had to lift a finger. Now her servant is a princess and she's the one being forced to do all the housework and not by a step-mother but by her own flesh and blood mother that had her think all her life that she deserved to be treated like a princess but is now treating her like a servant. A year like that can do a lot to a person. I've always seen Anastasia as more clumsy, awkward, and somewhat sensitive (to her own feelings that is) than Drizella, even though they were both terrible in the original. Anastasia was the more likely choice than Drizella to fall under the more sympathetic step-sister that the other versions had in mind than Drizella. Drizella always seemed a lot more aggressive than Anastasia was. So it kind of makes sense that she feels guilty about taking away Cinderella's happy ending because she knows what it's like to be treated like royalty and to have it just taken away. That's just my perspective on it.

^Hmm, I guess that makes sense but I don't see how the situation wouldn't have affected Drizella in the same way. But I don't think there's point of arguing which one of them were nicer as in original movie they were both so bad.
It's out of the subject now but I have always found it strange how indifferent lady Tremaine was to her daughters in sequels, in first movie she seemed to care them well enough. After she failed to marry them to prince I thought she would have tried to marry at least one of them off to some other rich man in order to preserve some wealth in her family.
