Not sure about the mental illness. As for her being lesbian, no, that's just the way a lot of fans interpret her and her song.

I don't see evidence for either, though I guess I can see where people might project an illness onto her. I think Elsa is just everyone's favorite to project their own issues/traits/whatever onto with her vague, generic song lyrics.

So after she comes out of her room after being isolated for years and she couldn't find any kind of love interest in three days time there must be something wrong with her?

Does a woman always have to find "true love" in the moment she sets her eyes on a man, otherwise she's a lesbian...or has a mental illness?!?!?!

I think that people say she has a mental illness not because her lack of love interest, but because she apparently shows signs of anxiety, which I can sort of see.

I DIDN'T MEAN THAT. It's just that Frozen theorists like to think that Elsa is either one of these things based on her actions and her song.

Maybe she has PTSD and anxiety from hiding all the time and losing her parents, but mental illness is a bit too harsh.
I also think she is rather ace or grey-ace (and maybe aromantic too) than lesbian. If she is grey-ace, I think she wouldn't care, if the person she loves is a male or a female. I guess I could se her being demisexual too, but it really depends on how you interpret it.
