^^ Poisoning her mother, forcing her views onto her mother without listening to what she has to say, not caring that war will happen ("We'll expect your declarations of war in the morning!"), believing she has the right to change her mother, when it was shown it was clearly her fault kept saying it wasn't and that it was the Witch's fault until the last third, ends up having people conform to her way of believing without making any changes herself (or at least very little), has very little patience, is spoiled, selfish, and inconsiderate (throwing eaten food on the floor for the servants to pick up, knocks stuff over the servants to pick up, and rudely runs into people without saying sorry, including almost trampling them with her horse). Yeah, a real mystery why people hate her or think she would be Regina George from Mean Girls. Not trying to be rude, I'm just saying. And if I come across as rude, I do apologize.

Anyway, while Merida would suit the personality of Regina, aside from the whole girly girl that's into boys, she doesn't suit the look of Regina. Regina George is supposed to be a traditionally beautiful woman that is clearly the Queen Bee of the group. Merida is far from a beauty and has the face of a 6-month-old baby. While Aurora's personality is FAR from Regina George, she certainly looks the part of a Regina George. Although I might change to Cinderella because she is the leader of the Disney Princess franchise and is the most famous fairy-tale of ALL TIME!

Mulan has the opposite personality than that of Regina. Even if she does not "look" the part, Merida's personality really does resemble Regina's.

Merida, really? Merida might be a decent Janis but is nothing like Regina. At all.

Merida? huh? Regina and Merida has no connect whatsoever. KataraLover: the connect as mentioned by you are really superficial apart from being spoiled. I have no idea how people deduce Merida to be selfish for not wanting to get married, when clearly the kingdom putting the responsibility of not igniting a war on a woman's marital status. Wow, that's like real mature and wise people of the kingdom. Next thing they would want her to produce sons as the future ruler, because otherwise they'll go to war with her parents' kingdom. And sure, lets continue this tradition to today as well, if its so right and wrong of Merida to say otherwise. Let all boys wanting to marry a girl should just ruin girl's family and home, because well, how dare she refuse to marry.

"We'll expect declaration of war in the morning" is a sarcastic comment, meaning how can one send declaration of war just because she doesn't want to get married. I don't really see any connect with Aurora or Jasmine either.
Regina loves to be the leader, loves being pampered, loves to show off and doesn't appreciate competition. She loves that other girls are jealous of her physical beauty. She loves that she can just order around her girlfriends and make anyone her boyfriend.
I don't see any connection with any of the DP here.
