i loved the scene when "prince Ali" and Jafar fight to marry her and she says that she isn't a prize.

She definitely stands up for herself.

She wants to marry for love and likes people for who they're inside not what she can gain from 'em. I like when she seduces Jafar, tricks him and even dares the challange to be trapped in an hourglass. She is a damsel, but she speaks her mind and saves other people
