Even her flaws are played off as endearing.

Rapunzel is such a likeable character. She is talented in most of the stuffs, quick-thinking, passionate, creative, and cheerful. I love her for the most between the Modern Princesses. Although yes, I have to agree that she almost has no flaws, she is too perfect but it doesn't matter. She'a a good role model indeed.

She's too perfect. Just like Belle everything that could be criticized has a balanced off with her. Like "she ran away with a thief" yet she debates with herself over and over whether it's okay that she did that and she's just naive. None of her flaws are really flaws, she takes attributes from both sides of each coin so no one can say she's one way or the other. That or everything she does has some sort of justifiable excuse like "she was tricked" and "she's just too nice." She's Mary-sue to the core, but she's very nice and bubbly which is probably why I like her more than Belle.

My fifth favorite Disney princess. Although she has characteristics that could easily put her in the "damsel in distress" troop, she, in my opinion, is a great example of an empowered girl who over time conquered her freedom and her voice against the oppression that life suffered (Gothel) and knows how to defend herself like nobody else (either through arguments, her big hair or frying pan). In addition she has other qualities that I love like: having hobbies / talents (painting), selfless and dreamer even if things are hard.

Rapunzel is probably the most diversified princess ( having all sorts of hobbies and astronomy), but she borrows heavily from all of her predecessors' personalities, which makes her less original than they are. This is not to say that she doesn't exude charm and isn't watchable on screen. Punzie sure is endearing. But her flaws ( if she has them-- like being reluctant to act when she should, and being a people-pleaser at certain intervals) are disguised as being all "good things." Rapunzel is never vilified, like Merida is, and especially Ariel is--- for making her poor decisions.

But Punzie is more likeable than Belle, who is worse in the "all my flaws are portrayed as being morally correct" through screenwriting.

Punz is my least favorite princess, and always has been. She's likeable to an extent, especially with all her hobbies and how smart she is, but she's the only DP that truly crosses over into Mary Sue territory for me. Whenever I watch Tangled, I feel like it's taking me by the shoulders and aggressively shaking me while screaming "LOOK AT HOW QUIRKY AND RELATABLE SHE IS! I DEMAND THAT YOU LOVE HER!" This is exactly the opposite way of getting me to like a character. I find myself distracted by other things in the film, and she simply doesn't have the power to keep me interested in her.

She is my third favorite princess. She is very beautiful and has one of the best personalities. She is one of the kindest princesses, she is very innocent, creative and multi-talented. I love that she is one of few Disney ingenues with green eyes. She is an awesome role model and one of the most admirable princesses. I wish my personality was more similiar to hers.

My least favorite Disney Princess. She reminds too much of Ariel in certain areas, she's just too perfect. Befriending every creature she meets, good or bad. It's too much! And she's soo good at all the things she does in her opening song! I never really liked her or the movie at all! I liked the fact that she plays dart, just like me, but that's all the positive I can say about her.

She has least amount of flaws or I should say her flaws are most beautifully justified throughout the movie. Her flaws have a reason which makes it relatable and doesnt feel like she is given flaws for the heck of it. She is naive for obvious reasons coz she has led a sheltered life. She is hyper energetic coz she is lonely most of times and wants to make up for the lost company. She longs for love and social company.
The only loophole in her personality is that she thinks way too quickly to react in outside world which a person who is secluded for 18 years wouldn't have been able to.
I like her quirky, hyper-active, ping-pong personality (easily happy and easily sad). She could light up any room with her exuberance and pure joy.
