I would have to say Ariel becuase back then she wasnt thinking about love/wasn't in love, also she had a whole ocean to explore :)

Again, don't know when everyone else's parents/mothers died but I figure since Aurora only knew a life with 3 mothers growing up she probably was the most content. I guess? Mulan may have been happier when she was younger.

I vote Tiana or Jasmine. Tiana had a happy family life and a good childhood.

I don't see a reason why Pocahontas wouldn't have happy childhood, she could run around, play with forest animals...

She had her dad alive, and I think in compare with that hell where she lived with her stepmother, her childhood was a perfect world!

She had all those beautiful nature!!! Also her father, maybe her mother, her animals, and her friends!

Ariel must have been wanting to be human ever since she was a kid, so she's not totally happy.

Cinderella was probably 10 or under 10 when her father married again. Could she be happy?

Belle perhaps lived in another place when she was 10. "Since we move to this provincial town..." is one of her line in the song "Belle." But if she had been living in that village, she wouldn't have been so happy because she had no friends except her father.

@LightingRed I always thought she moved to that village recently. The original story of Beauty and the Beast did mention that Beauty and her father got poor and was forced to move to a village.

I think Belle was the happiest because she's got her books and her father and, seeing her now, she might just have a crazy imagination when she was a child (which is good, because children with imaginative thoughts are often the happiest).

I also think Tiana was happy when she was a little girl. With her father being alive and she got a whole family and neighborhood loving her :D

Tiana was actually shown when she was like, six, and i thought she just seemed so cute and happy.

I say Pocahontas. Maybe Tiana but we don't know when her father died and she was really close to him so that could've been devastating. Pocahontas was very strong and wise and mischevious. She and Nakoma probably had an awesome childhood.
