I was going to pick Pocahontas and John Smith till I remembered the sequel, but I´ll pretend that movie never happened, or that afterwards she realized she was still in love with Smith and dumped Rolf (who eventualy found a nice english girl). Still I think Ariel and Eric are very comitted. She gave up her family, her home and her voice, and he risked his life for her. <3
