The Pop Version Will Always Be The Best!

I like both versions but I think Christina puts more emotion into her performance :)

I am not a Christina Aguilera fan. I didn't like her when she was a bubblepop princess and I don't like her now she's a gagaesque freak.

I don't like Christina but she does put emotion i'n the song. She made me^ like the song more. I love both versions.

Not a big Christina Aguilera fan, and I never liked her version of this. Even when I was little, I was like "WHO IS THAT RUINING THAT PRETTY SONG?! CAN I HIT THEM?"

I like both of them as Christina Aguilrea's version has different lyrics than the film version e.g Theres a heart that must be free/or If I wear a mask I can fool the world.

I like Christina's version, but it did feel like she was concentrating much more on showing off her voice than the actual song. The version from the movie sounds much more open and emotive to me, because it's just a pretty, well sung version that lets you get to the feeling, while Christina's version is far more focused on her vocal acrobatics than the lyrics or feelings.
Besides, every now and again it's great to listen to a singer who isn't afraid to hold a note without having to bounce everything they sing up and down 'Maria Carey style'. That's one reason I like musical and broadway singers, they aren't afraid to just hold a note, and depending on the song, that can sound much nicer, more impressive and less cliched to me than someone who insists on hitting twelve notes for every word.

I like both versions, but after listening to Christina's version several times. She doesn't display emotions in it. She sounds like "Ok, this is it people!" But again, no hard feelings to any Christina Aguilera's fans (including myself though). But, I'm being frank!
