Belle didn't develop at all throughout her movie. She stayed the same. My next choice would be Jasmine.

^I agree, she was perfect from beginning to end. She didn't even need development. I think she should have gone before Cinderella though.
I can't believe that people voted for Merida though. She developed the most, IMO.

All i know really is that she loves jumping of cliffs and paints with all the colours of the wind

I stick to it that Mulan was the first princess who had any development at all. I guess one could make a tiny case for Pocahontas, so I'll hold off voting her out for now, but I still think that it actually makes no sense to compare none character development with none character development...this countdown won't be interesting until we get to the newer princesses.

I don't agree that Belle was perfect from beginning to end (at the start she was pretty condescending), but she definitely developed the least out of these.

Time for her to go. She is just the least developed of these.
