he's a troublemaker at best. He likes teasing the mice and the dog but becomes intimidated by Cindy at least. He's mean for sure but not evil. I thought Iago was much more evil in his intentions, even though he had comical moments in movie as well. He even suggested to Jafar that he should marry jasmine and push her off some cliff after marriage.

They both are nothing more than spoiled brats imo.

Even if we’re not counting the sequels where Anastasta reforms, they’re just spoiled brats that were taught to throw tantrums to get thier way.
