I always thought Phoebus was kind of a stupid jerk, and Esmeralda and Frollo were much better matched, and since losing the girl was kind of the final straw that made Frollo go completely and totally insane, a whole lot of trouble could have been avoided if she chose him. And in 2010 I was hitting rock bottom and CLU was that embodiment of where I was at. I was mean, alone and self destructive.
