Does anybody else Wonder why in all the Winnie the Pooh Movies, Eeyore is Grey, but in Merchandise, He's usually shown blue?

I realized this while I was watching Winnie the Pooh, and then I looked at my Eeyore plush and He was BLUE! Not Grey! Anybody have any ideas why that is?
