Well if আপনি end up failing initiation to any of the factions আপনি become "factionless" which basically means that আপনি are homeless. So আপনি live on the streets and aren't treated very well দ্বারা the other factions, minus Abnegation who try to help them. You're not treated any differently then a faction transfer.
