Amy and Rory! Them and the Doctor make a perfect trio, and they have great scenes together.

Plus, you can tell that Matt, Karen and Arthur are close behind the scenes.

The other Bad Wolf Bay scene in Journey's End.. YES DOCTOR, IT DOES NEED SAYING
I just watched the last fifteen minutes of The End of Time last night, surprisingly I've never seen it before..
I finally cracked at the New Year's Day 2005 scene >.<

The marriage of the Doctor! I mean, in my opinion he completely blew off the possibility of him and Amy ever being friends. He's in his 1,100s and she's his 22(?) year old mother-in-law.

Okay, I admit it, I've seen less than half of this season. Um, does The Runaway Bride count?

Edit: I'm changing my answer to The Shakespeare Code. The Harry Potter references were awesome! It was pretty much a Harry Potter themed episode.

Hm.. Turn Left was good because Rose came back :)

I also liked Silence in the Library and Forest of the Dead because we got to see River back when she:
a) wasn't annoying
b) wasn't married to the Doctor (well, she was, but he wasn't)
