This is a drawing I did of curly hair.
As আপনি can see the easiest way to do it is to make it cartoony and avoid drawing all of the strands.

Well, I think আপনি gotta look at the ছবি and learn how to play with the lights and shadows... while making small curls where আপনি can.
I did this digitally (yes, on the computer, with a tablet -no reference for the hair), and while the curls are looser, there are some smaller, tighter ones. Maybe it can help to see how I make a curl? আপনি just gotta make them smaller for a curlier hair (the smaller and tighter, the curlier the hair looks)

What আপনি do is do the outline of the hair,then make the outer line have the curl lines and add detail
