Are they making a People of Sparks movie?

I was wondering if they were going to oblige my need for the পরবর্তি movie to come out. Sparks was deff. my পছন্দ book, and to just make a City of Ember movie is just an enormous letdown. What do আপনি all think?

Bad news. I got an e-mail from Jeanne DuPrau saying thus - "Dear Joseph, As far as I know, there are currently no plans to make The People of Sparks into a movie. I'm not aware of what's being ব্যক্ত on the internet--but if a movie were in the works, I'd know about it. It might happen some day, though--I hope so! Cheers, Jeanne DuPrau" so seems no movie. I'll provide a screencap if আপনি wish.
